Eligible volume is net lab charges after remakes, warranties, discounts, credits, taxes, shipping and third-party/pass-through charges. If the practice ends the program early or materially defaults, it must return the scanner or pay the unamortized scanner cost, plus any outstanding account balance and permitted recovery costs. Digital Volume Rewards are not earned during the 24-month Scanner Placement Program and are available only after successful completion, subject to eligibility.
