WE TRACK YOUR VOLUME:
We calculate your average monthly eligible paid volume each quarter.

Receive a higher rebate tier based on your volume. Credits are applied to your account.
ELIGIBILITY
REQUIREMENTS
- Submit digital cases to SK Dental Lab
- Account must remain current.
- Bill must be paid by 15th of the month. No invoices more than 30 days past due at quarter-end.
- Rewards are issued as a non-cash account credit within 30 days after quarter-end.
- Taxes, delivery fees, rush fees, outside components, implant parts, pass-through charges, refunds, remakes, warranty cases, and previously discounted work are excluded unless approved in writing.
- SK Dental Lab may modify or discontinue the program with 30 days' notice. Earned credits will be honored.
